Try some fruit biscuits made out of Coconuts, Bananas, et al.
Eggs will always rescue you. Add some coffee/tea to it!
How about some vegetable pasta, rice and tangy tomato long beans?? Add a plate of Salad to it consisting of cherries, tomatoes, lettuce.
